Three points to consider:
One: The “noise of many waters” symbolizes the unifying faith brought by Bahá’u’lláh, and likely the Nile Delta as a geographical sign. This Delta connects with many types of waters (rivers, lakes, canals, a sea, and a monsoon season).

Two: The pyramid entrance and delta, though facing north physically, symbolically face east toward Tehran when rotated on the map.

Three: After rotating and superimposing the diagram/map, Bahá’u’lláh’s course through the Nile Delta from Tehran toward Baghdad represents coming with the “noise of many waters.”

The Nile Delta’s three corners connect to Bahá’u’lláh: He fulfilled prophecy in the pyramid and appeared at Alexandria and Port Said during His exile.
