Baha’u’llah Arrives At Akka

Wind made a discovery on the pyramid timeline using an inch to represent one Baha’i month measured from the proclamation of Baha’u’llah in 1863 which appears at the entrance to the King’s Chamber. Her finding locks the Baha’i Faith into the Great Pyramid coming from the direction opposite the Great Step.

She wrote in an email:

The layout of Moses’ Tabernacle (which He was told to build “after the pattern” He saw on the Mountain) was oriented East to West with the East being the front and the Western end being the back. The Ark inside the Holy of Holies was at its far Western end.

In the Pyramid, the orientation of the Holy of Holies (King’s Chamber) is also East to West but the entrance to it comes in on its North side (all the passageways run North to South). As with its placement in Moses’ Tabernacle, the Pyramid’s Ark (stone coffer) is in the Western side of the Holy of Holies (King’s Chamber) midway between the North and South Walls.

The North-South width of the Pyramid’s H.of H. was given by Rutherford as 206.06593 thus the exact North/South midpoint of the room would be half of that: 103.03296 inches.

That is, stepping into the King’s Chamber and walking 103+ inches South to attain the center of the room then, with a 90-degree turn to the right, we find ourselves facing West, with the center of the Ark right in front of us.

But what period of time does this number of inches represent? Using the same formula as before:

103.03296 inches x 19 days =  1957.62624 days    (1957 days plus 15 hours, 1 minute, 47 seconds)

Counting from 3pm April 22nd, 1863, adding 1957 days and 15 hours brings us to the morning of August 31st, 1868.

On page 182 of God Passes By, Shoghi Effendi said that Baha’u’llah arrived at Akka, Israel on the afternoon of August 31st 1868 after first landing at Haifa earlier that same day. (Other than the day Shoghi Effendi didn’t give specific times for the landing at Haifa and the subsequent trip in a small boat across the bay to Akka but perhaps this information can be found elsewhere.)

Anyway see for yourself:

…according to other sources they spent a few hours at Haifa before
getting into sailboat(s) on a hot wind-less day and that the journey
across the bay to Akka took 8 hours

a “few” hours (say 3)
plus 8 hours = ll hours
so:  11 hours from 6am puts them arriving in Akka at approx. 5pm (still
before sunset but late in the afternoon)

this tends to confirm an arrival in Haifa of about 6am (give or take an
hour)

so the fulfillment isn’t only Akka, (fulfilling prophecy) but is
firstly, Haifa

Regarding “afternoon”: sunrise at Haifa, August 31st, 1868 would have
been approx.  5:42am and sunset approx. 6:10pm

(day lasted only 12.5 hours, minus 8 leaves maybe only 4.5 max to have
waited in Haifa, of course, it’s possible they arrived before sunrise)

End of email.

Note: That 1957 days is kind of interesting. The year 1957 was a very significant year for the Baha’i Covenant (Coffer).
